Two events for London Undercurrents – The hidden histories of London’s unsung heroines

February 26, 2019

We’re delighted to announce not one but two events to celebrate the launch of London Undercurrents – The hidden histories of London’s unsung heroines, north and south of the river. A wonderful collaboration between Joolz Sparkes representing North London and Hilaire portraying South London.

On Wednesday 13 March at 11.30 Joolz and Hilaire will read from and discuss writing London Undercurrents in the Poet’s Corner, stand 5C158, at the London Book Fair. It’s a free event if you have a LBF badge. There is no need to book and more details are available on the LBF website. An advance copy of the book will be displayed on the shelves of the Poetry Collective on the same stand.

On Thursday 28 of March from 7 to 9pm we’re throwing a party to celebrate the launch of London Undercurrents. Join us in the lovely Gradidge Room of the Artworkers’ Guild 6 Queen Square London WC1N 3AT. It’s free, of course, and drinks and nibbles will be served. Please RSVP bernadette@hollandparkpress.co.uk.

You can pre-order London Undercurrents from this page.
